It would be more interesting for the clients if they could learn more or get specific informations about the cooking/ preparation of the food and dishes. It is not only cuisine, it is more...

Une decouverte à tous les niveaux: cadre( ancien couvent) service personnalisé ( en francais et performant) plats ( on a pris le menu découverte... Subtil, surprenant et déllicieux) avec les vins. En plus marc fosh est personnelement venu nous parler... Bref une réussite. On se réjouis de revenir à palma pour revenir à certe adresse

As you see the evening was perfect. Having eaten at the Crown at Whitebrook the week before which has a Michellin star I award you 2!

La comida estuvo muy bien. Tomamos el menú diario con buenas propuestas a buen precio. La carta de vinos no acompañaba en absoluto, ya que ninguna referencia bajaba de los 22 euros, precio excesivo y poca variedad para acompañar un menú tan delicioso como económico.

Had the taster menu. Most of it was excellent. Gazpacho was a little vinegary for my taste, sort of tasted like drinking a big bowl of salad dressing. The cod was my favorite course. I would never have selected it off the menu but it was delicious! The curried salt to go with bread an oil was also superb. Wine is possibly a bit over priced. Paid 62 Eur for a bottle of Prado-Enea 2004 Gran Reserva - had the same bottle in a different restaurant in Palma for 45 the following night! Having said that, it was served at a better temperature in Simply Fosh! Would I go back? Absolutely! The service was excellent, the waitress was very knowledgable about wine and ensured that we had an adequate break between courses.

Very very nice. We visit "The Fosh" every time we are in Palma... and again and again and again :-)
Only: I got another Account at The Fork and your Software was not able to sent me a new Password to my iPhone. So I was forced to create a new one by using an alternate Email Adress.

Great modern use of a very old space The staff were charming welcome and helpful throughout We had the tasting menu as we wanted to experience the many flavours and combinations on offer We also chose to have the accompanying wine menu Overall we were very pleased with the experience which was quite unique

Vergonzoso que se recomiende un restaurante como este. Lo mejor y casi lo único que he tomado ha sido la botella de vino. No vuelvo mas aquí ni tampoco a confiar en vuestra pagina.

We enjoyed our visit and were very pleased with our meal. We booked on-line because we knew of Marc Fosh - we probably wouldn't have stumbled on this restaurant by accident, but it is well worth knowing about.

An absolutely incredible dinner in a beautiful setting with immaculate service. The 6 course 'tasting' menu I cant recommend enough as you really get to see the true abilities of the chef and his skills. A fantastic wine selection made the dinner even more special!

We had the degustation menu and wine, at 100 euros por person, so quite pricey, but interesting dishes that we may not otherwise have tried. The quality of the food was excellent, and the restaurant is "uber trendy".

The restaurant offers a very good value menu of the work with food of excellent quality. The meal was let down however by being rushed. We were told we must order as soon as we arrived as the kitchen was closing. If a restaurant offers a sitting they should allow sufficient time for the customers to complete their meal in a relaxed time. If not then they should revise the times at which they allow bookings to be made. A bit greedy really.

Very nice restaurant, among the best in Mallorca. Food was excellent (we had the fish of the day and the 12hrs cured veal), the wine (12 Volts, Mallorca) was very good and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The food was of very good quality both in terms of taste and presentation. Though they are inclined towards the expensive side we found that still within the reasonable range. What was disappointing was the service which was not very friendly - perhaps because we are Asians who didn't speak Spanish. The waitress was not warm but quite pretentious. Overall speaking we were served okay but the level of service definitely does not do any justice to the good food and hip environment.

We had a very nice evening and followed the recommendations from the young German waitress Patricia, who suggested some very nice and pleasant wines to go with the delicious food. We are looking forward to come back again one day.
